How can I order Samsung S25?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can order your device online from our website. The device is offered with a 12 or 24-month contract. Delivery is only available on devices that are ordered. In-store pick-ups will not be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you are in.
Follow the below steps to order your preferred Samsung S25:
For new customers:
- Step 1 - Visit our du website
- Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour
- Step 3 - Select your Business Postpaid Plan and Device Instalment Plan. You can choose either a 12 or 24-month contract.
- Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with a new du number’
- Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
- Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
- Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
For existing customers:
- Step 1 - Visit our du website
- Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour.
- Step 3 - Select your Device Instalment Plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract
- Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with an existing du number’
- Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
- Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
- Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a call from our sales team to verify your details. Once Samsung S25 is launched, we will deliver your device to your address.

Who is eligible for the order service?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can enjoy our order service.
Please note that if you are a new customer, you will be eligible for only one device. -
How will I know if my order request has been received?You will get an email confirmation when we receive your order. You will also be contacted by our sales team to verify your details and arrange a delivery time and date.

Does Samsung S25 come with a warranty when I order?Yes. Samsung S25 comes with a one-year standard manufacturer warranty, which you can use at any Apple-authorised service centre.

What are the delivery timelines?Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be launched on Wednesday 7 February 2025 at 8:00 AM, after which you can expect to receive your device.
Delivery orders will be served on a ‘first-in/first-out’ basis, so if you order on the first day of the order period, you will receive your device during the first delivery batch. You can expect to receive your Samsung S25 within seven days of the launch. -
I am already subscribed to a Business Postpaid Plan. Can I still get Samsung S25 at zero upfront?Yes, we will add the monthly instalments for Samsung S25 to your current plan’s monthly fees. However, your device contract will have a different expiry date.

Can I cancel my contract before it ends?Cancelling the offer before the contract ends will result in an early cancellation fee for every remaining month.
