    Business WiFi is a product designed to give you flexible and affordable access to the internet wherever you are.

  2. What are the benefits of Business WiFi?

    Business WiFi gives you generous data allowances to support all your internet connectivity needs, from browsing the internet, sending/receiving emails and streaming files to accessing social network / instant messaging platforms and more. All our new and existing Business customers can enjoy 100 GB every month for as little as AED 600.

  3. Is Business WiFi for me?

    Business WiFi is great for small/medium businesses and perfect if you’re looking for WiFi that’s not fixed to a physical location, allowing you to relocate and move around while staying connected, if you’re an out-of-zone company that needs a back-up solution, or if you’re simply looking for a cost-effective solution.

  4. How can I subscribe to Business WiFi?
    • You can subscribe through one of the following:

    • Contact your Account Manager.
    • Visit any of retail or partner stores.
    • Visit du.ae/businesswifi
  5. How long is the Business WiFi promotional price valid for?

    The promotional price is valid for 12 months, after which you’ll be charged the standard price for whichever data allowance you choose.

  6. Can I get Business WiFi with a device?

    Yes. You can subscribe to Business WiFi or get a 5G routers with a Device Instalment Plan, on a contract for either 12 or 24 months. You can also choose from a range of devices, at zero upfront. Your monthly bill will then include the charges of your Business WiFi plan, your monthly instalments for the device you chose and the 5G routers.
    Note: Whichever contract term is longer will take priority.

    • Huawei 5G CPE Pro
    • Tp Link M7350 router
    • Tp Link MR6400 router

     

  7. How are these data plans packaged?

    New customers can subscribe to Business WiFi as a standalone service with a data SIM or along with a router/device on our Device Instalment Plans.
    Existing customers can subscribe to Business WiFi with their data SIMs or along with a router/device on our Device Instalment Plans.

  8. Can I get the promotional offer price as a standalone contract?

    The promotional price is only available with a 12-month contract.

  9. How do I check my data balance?

    You can check your balance through Self Care.

  10. Can I subscribe to Business WiFi in the middle of my bill cycle?

    You can subscribe to Business WiFi at any time. Your monthly charge will be prorated but you’ll get the full data allowance.

  11. Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan during the contract?

    You won’t be allowed to upgrade or downgrade your plan during your contract. If you already have a data SIM and would like to subscribe to Business WiFi, you’ll need to deactivate your existing SIM first, then activate Business WiFi on a new one.

  12. Can I cancel my subscription after the contract period?

    Yes, you can and you can do so for free. However, to continue enjoying data services on your line, we recommend you keep your data package active.
