Our new improved enterprise bill statement is here!

With additional information to help you navigate through your bill more efficiently.

We are always looking for ways to provide you with the best and most convenient experience and this is why we ‘ve taken steps to further enhance our billing service.

Our new bill layout has additional information in regards to your charges, as well categorization of services and charges in order to help you read your bill more efficiently, focusing on the below key points:

Your Enterprise Bill has been revamped

We have included a detailed bill guide that explains how to read your bill, page by page focusing on important information to you such as the categories to the right:

In the 1st page of your bill you can see important information like the bill number, date of issue, the period of your bill and the associated account number.

You can also use the 1st page of your bill to access important information like total amount remaining from your previous bill, the total amount to be paid (including current month charges) and due date.

The Bill Summary section now includes the breakdown of taxable and non taxable services per service category (i.e. Mobile, Fixed etc.).

Your Current month charges breakdown maintains the split between taxable and non taxable for easy reading, but also introduces additional information like split of charges and discounts

The Charges summary by services section includes a further breakdown of each subscribed services per service category (i.e. Mobile, Fixed etc.)

You can now see the free units available per service in the Free Units Usage summary section and also in the following pages displaying the contract details.

Because your safety is important to us, we offer you to conveniently pay your bills online without the need to log in to your account or visit one of our branches.

To get started, simply ​enter your mobile, landline or account number in the Quick Pay section on our website. To choose from other payment methods, click here. To view your detailed bill, check your usage, or top up credit, go to My Account and use our fast and easy online service. In the meantime, you will continue to receive your bill summary by mail.
