Switch to Business

Switch your Personal mobile plan to a Business plan.

Switch from your personal mobile plan to a business plan in just a few simple steps.
All you need to do is submit completed copies of the below documents when you want to switch.

How to switch:

If your company isn’t already a du Business customer:

1. Main Application form.
2. Trade License Copy.
3. Establishment Card Copy.
4. Passport Copy or Emirates ID of the person on the Trade License.
5. Ejari/Tenancy Contract.

If your company is already a du Business customer:

1. Trade License Copy.
2. Establishment Card Copy.
3. A copy of the Passport or Emirates ID of the person on the Trade License.

If you’re not the person listed on the Trade Licence, you’ll need to bring the following:

1. Authorization letter.
2. NOC letter from the person on the trade license, or
3. NOC letter from the company.

For business Employee offers (paying your own bill), you will need to bring along:

1. Application form filled at Retail store to switch to “Business Employee offer”
2. Employee ID.
3. Emirates ID/Original Passport (for UAE nationals only)
4. Salary Certificat
5. Make a simple and easy switch to Business.
