1. Thermographic Bullet or Turret Camera featuring a real-time audio alarm for abnormal temperatures and AI detection to reduce false alarms by other heat resources.
2. A tripod to fix the camera at a height of 1.5 meters.
3. A tripod adaptor for fixing a Bullet or a Turret Camera on the tripod.

1. Have a laptop/desktop (PC or Mac) with free software installed (iVMS4200). iVMS4200 client software can be downloaded from: https://www.hikvision.com/europe/support/download/software/ivms4200-series/
   Alternatively, you can buy the storage and monitoring add-on package.
2. Have a setup with a bench or podium to place the PC or monitor and an operator who will be present to check targets’ temperatures. An operator can even be notified with audible alarms if abnormal temperatures are detected.
3. Instal the Thermal Camera in a windless indoor environment with a stable ambient temperature.
4. Wait for 90 minutes for the camera to warm-up after turning on.
5. Ensure that the faces in the crowd do not overlap, and are within the camera’s view.
6. Follow the guidance on the required distance and height for temperature measurement. For this particular solution, the distance is 0.8-1.5 meters from targets and the required installation height is 1.5 meters.
7. Provide a power extension.
