How can I order iPhone 15?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can order your device online from our website. The device is offered with a 12 or 24-month contract. Delivery is only available on devices that are ordered. In-store pick-ups will not be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you are in.
Follow the below steps to order your preferred iPhone 15:
For new customers:
- Step 1 - Visit our du website
- Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour
- Step 3 - Select your Business Postpaid Plan and Device Instalment Plan. You can choose either a 12 or 24-month contract.
- Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with a new du number’
- Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
- Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
- Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
For existing customers:
- Step 1 - Visit our du website
- Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour.
- Step 3 - Select your Device Instalment Plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract
- Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with an existing du number’
- Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
- Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
- Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a call from our sales team to verify your details. Once iPhone 15 is launched, we will deliver your device to your address.

Who is eligible for the order service?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can enjoy our order service.
Please note that if you are a new customer, you will be eligible for only one device. -
How will I know if my order request has been received?You will get an email confirmation when we receive your order. You will also be contacted by our sales team to verify your details and arrange a delivery time and date.

Can I modify or cancel my order?Yes. When our sales representative calls you for confirmation, you can make a change to your order.

Will there be any separate shipping charges for delivery?No. There are no shipping or delivery charges for your order.

Does iPhone 15 come with a warranty when I order?Yes. iPhone 15 comes with a one-year standard manufacturer warranty, which you can use at any Apple-authorised service centre.

Can I buy iPhone 15 online at the full price without subscribing to a Postpaid line?iPhone 15 is only available to order with our Postpaid Plans.

I am already subscribed to a Business Postpaid Plan. Can I still get iPhone 15 at zero upfront?Yes, we will add the monthly instalments for iPhone 15 to your current plan’s monthly fees. However, your device contract will have a different expiry date.

Can I cancel my contract before it ends?Cancelling the offer before the contract ends will result in an early cancellation fee for every remaining month.
