The pre-order will start from Friday, 13 September 2024 at 4:00 pm. You can pre-order whether you are a new or an existing Business customer.
Please note that the device will be launched on Friday, 20 September 2024 at 8:00 am – Dubai time. -
Why should I pre-order iPhone 16?Pre-ordering lets you reserve the device. This also means that you will not be affected by a shortage due to high demand.

How can I pre-order iPhone 16?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can pre-order your device online from our website. The device is offered with a 12 or 24-month contract. There are only delivery options available for pre-orders. In-store pick-ups will not be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you are in.

For new customers:
Step 1 - Visit our du website.
Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour.
Step 3 - Select your Business Postpaid plan and Device Instalment Plan - you can choose either a 12 or 24-month contract.
Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with a new du number’.
Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’.
Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details.
Step 7 - Click on ‘Pre-order now’.
For existing customers:
Step 1 - Visit our du website.
Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour.
Step 3 - Select your Device Installment Plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract.
Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with an existing du number’.
Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’.
Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details.
Step 7 - Click on ‘Pre-order now’.
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a call from our sales team to verify your details. Once iPhone 16 is launched, we will deliver your device to your address.

Who is eligible for the pre-order service?Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can enjoy our pre-order service.
Please note that if you are a new customer, you will be eligible for only one device. -
How will I know if my pre-order request has been received?You will get an email confirmation when we receive your pre-order. You will also be contacted by our sales team to verify your details and arrange a delivery time and date.

How long will delivery take?Delivery time for pre-ordered devices can be up to 6 to 9 weeks after request approval, depending on stock availability.

Can I modify or cancel my order?Yes. When our sales representative calls you for confirmation, you can make a change to your order.

Will there be any separate shipping charges for the delivery?No. There are no shipping or delivery charges for the order.

Is there a warranty for iPhone 16 that comes with the device when I pre-order?Yes. iPhone 16 comes with a one-year standard manufacturer warranty, which you can use at any Apple-authorised service centre.

What are the delivery timelines?iPhone 16 will be released on Friday, xx September 2024, after which is when you can expect to receive your device.
Delivery orders will be served on a ‘first-in/first-out’ basis, which means that if you pre-order on the first day of the pre-order period, you will receive your device during the first delivery’s batch. You can expect to receive your iPhone 16 within seven days of the launch. -
I am already subscribed to a Business Postpaid Plan. Can I still get iPhone 16 at zero upfront?Yes, we will add the monthly instalments for iPhone 16 to your current plan’s monthly fees. However, your device contract will have a different expiry date.
