Can I modify or cancel my order?Yes. When our sales representative calls you for confirmation, you can make a change to your order.

Will there be any separate shipping charges for the delivery?No. There are no shipping or delivery charges for the order.

Is there a warranty for iPhone 14 that comes with the device when I order?Yes. iPhone 14 comes with a one-year standard manufacturer warranty, which you can use at any Apple-authorised service centre.

I am an existing customer and I want to get a new number with iPhone 14. Can I still get the device delivered to my address?Yes. Delivery services will be available to you if you order iPhone 14 through our website.

Can I buy iPhone 14 online with the full price without subscribing to a Postpaid line?No. Unfortunately, you can only order a new iPhone 14 device with one of our Business Postpaid Plans.

I am already subscribed to a Business Postpaid Plan. Can I still get iPhone 14 at zero upfront?Yes, we will add the monthly instalments for iPhone 14 to your current plan’s monthly fees. However, your device contract will have a different expiry date.

Can I cancel the contract before it ends?Cancelling the offer before the contract ends will result in an early cancellation fee for every remaining month.
