What are the documents needed to subscribe to the Homat Al Watan Special Offer?
- Emirates ID
- Employee ID (Homat Al Watan Card)
- Organization stamped salary certificate or stamped pay slip
- Minimum monthly salary of AED 20,000 for the AED 1,200 plan
- Auto payment by credit or debit card (mandatory to activate international roaming service to enjoy roaming benefits)
- Minimum monthly salary required of AED 20,000 for Executive AED 1200 plan.
- You need a minimum monthly salary of AED 2,500 salary to buy a SIM (non-UAE Nationals).
- For handsets, you need a minimum salary of AED 3,000.

- Upgrade: Upgrade is free.
- Downgrade: will be considered as an early cancellation and one month recurring charge will apply.

What happens at the end of my Homat Al Watan Special Offer Minimum Term (i.e. contract)?
At the end of the Minimum Term (i.e. contract), you will continue to enjoy your benefits and can terminate your rate plans without any plan early termination fees (however if your still have other active contracts such as a device that hasn’t completed its Minimum Term then their fees will apply).

How will I know if my Homat Al Watan) contract is going to expire?
You will receive an SMS one month prior to the expiry of your contract period, you will also be contacted by one of our dedicated team members to help you to renew.

Are unlimited minutes really unlimited?
Yes, you can get unlimited minutes and/or data on selected Power Plans. Please note that your unlimited minutes allowance and/or unlimited data allowance is for personal use only. You will not resell or allow any third party to use the service for remuneration or otherwise commercially exploit the service. Your usage will be monitored, and we reserve the rights to disconnect the line without any notification, in case of activity that is not consistent with these requirements.

What type of calls can I make with the Unlimited National benefit?
Unlimited National Minutes are valid for domestic calls within the UAE to fixed or mobile lines (i.e. no roaming).

Unlimited International Minutes can be used for International outgoing calls from the UAE (i.e. not roaming)
