Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can order your device online from our website. The device is offered with a 12 or 24-month contract. There are only delivery options available for order. In-store pick-ups will not be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you are in.

For new customers:
Step 1 - Visit our du website
Step 2 - Select your device storage and colour
Step 3 - Select your Business Postpaid plan and Device Instalment Plan - you can choose either a 12 or 24-month contract
Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with a new du number’
Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
For existing customers:
Step 1 - Visit our du website
 Step 2- Select your device storage and colour
Step 3 - Select your Device Installment Plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract
Step 4 - Choose ‘Buy with an existing du number’
Step 5 - Select ‘Delivery’
Step 6 - Fill out the form with your details
Step 7 - Click on ‘order now’
Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and a call from our Sales Team to verify your details. Once the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 5G is launched, we will deliver your device to your address.

Whether you are a new or an existing Business Postpaid customer, you can enjoy our order service. Please note that if you are a new customer, you will be eligible for only one device.
