To subscribe to the Business Roaming voice and data packages, you need to have an Enterprise Postpaid line and Roaming (either International Roaming or Easy Roaming) service active on your line.
If you’re on a corporate line, International Roaming is active by default at no additional cost. If it’s not active, you can contact your company administration to request it.

Subscribing to one-off bundles:
You can subscribe to the one-off packs via SMS while in the UAE or abroad. The validity of the bundle starts immediately upon activation.
You can SMS the keyword "
Data" to
5102 or “
Voice” to
5102 and you’ll receive a list of roaming packages that you can subscribe to.
Subscribe through the du App or
mydata.du.ae.
To activate your preferred bundle, SMS the keyword to 5102.
Subscribing to recurring bundles:
The contractual packages that are auto-renewed can only be activated through your Account or Service Manager.
