    1. Visit any of our shops along with the required documents
    2. Email scanned copies of the required documents to our 800 National Service team
    3. If you wish to port in your 800 number to Du, please email scanned copies of the required documents to

    Required documents:

    • Completed application form – you can download the form here
    • A copy of main application form
    • A copy of your Trade license
    • A copy of your Company Establishment card
    • A copy of your passport and authorisation letter if the applicant is other than the owner
      (a copy of the passport is only required if you are not an existing du Enterprise customer)
    • Completed Porting Request Form (necessary only if you are requesting to port in your 800 number).


    What’s next?

    Once we receive your application with all the required documents, we will get back to you in email within 15 working days. We will confirm the availability of the 800 numbers you have chosen with the TRA, and will let you know about the next steps required to proceed with your application.

  • If your du National 800 Service is already active and you wish to modify your current mapping number, kindly complete the  Service Amendment’ form and email it directly to and we will process your request within 72 hours.
