  • In order to get your office device:

  • Documents required:

    Customers must comply with our identification, eligibility and authorization requirements. If you do not provide all the required documents, du will not be able to provision the Service:

    • Copy of current Trade License and copy of establishment card.
    • Passport copy and visa copy of applicant.
    • Copy of Emirates ID.
    • Copy of tenancy contract.

    These requirements may change due to regulatory or security requirements and du may request that you provide additional identification/proof of authority. If you do not comply with our documentation requirements, du may suspend or terminate the Service.


    • What is Business devices Essentials?

      <p> We are introducing a new portfolio of business devices such as laptops, tablets, projectors, TVs and printers for all du enterprise post-paid customers. This offer provides easy monthly instalments. All devices come with a zero upfront fee.</p>

    • Are there any voice and data benefits?

      <p> This is purely a business devices instalment plan. Voice and data benefits will come from your Business post-paid plan. You will be signing two separate contracts: one for Business devices Essentials, and another one for a Business post-paid plan. You can also subscribe to add-on data and voice bundles.</p>

    • I’m with a different telecom provider. Can I get this offer?

      <p> Yes, you can. First, you have to move your line to du. Get the Business devices Instalment Offer along with your request to move to du.</p>

    • Which Business postpaid plan should I have to get Business devices Essentials?

      <p> You can get any Business postpaid plans such as the Business Mobile Plan and Advantage Plans to enjoy the Business devices Essentials offer. Keep in mind, the offer cannot be used with any vouchers or discounts.</p>

    • How do I pay for the devices purchased from Business Devices Essential Portfolio?

      <p> Devices will be charged every month with your post-paid plan on du bill.</p>

    • I’m on the Business Phone Plan. Can I still get this offer?

      <p> You have to finish your existing plan&rsquo;s contract before you can get Business devices Essentials. Otherwise, you&rsquo;d have to pay an early cancellation fee for your existing plan&rsquo;s contract.</p>

    • I am on the Premier Plan. Can I get this offer?

      <p>You are most likely on a corporate-paid account. In this case, your company administrator will speak to your dedicated Account Manager to know more about our best corporate offerings.</p>

    • Can I just buy devices in instalments from du?

      <p> You must subscribe to a Business postpaid plan to enjoy the Business devices Essentials offer. Existing Business customers with an active postpaid plan can also get this offer.</p>

    • Can I subscribe to this offer with a postpaid data SIM or a fixed line?

      <p>Currently, Business devices Essentials is only available with Business postpaid voice lines. </p>

    • Can I cancel this offer anytime?

      <p>If you cancel your Business devices Essentials contract, you will have to pay an early cancellation fee which is equivalent to the monthly instalments left in your contract. Your postpaid plan will continue as is since it’s a separate contract.</p>

    • What if I cancel my postpaid plan?

      <p> the Business devices Essentials will be cancelled. Early cancellation fees apply for all your contracts.</p>

    • What is the delivery time?

      <p> The delivery time is 5-7 working days.</p>

    • Do I get a one-year warranty on all the devices?

      <p> Yes, the warranty is provided by the device&rsquo;s manufacturer.</p>

    • What is the return, exchange and damage policy?

      <p> There is no return, exchange and damage policy.</p>

    • How do I install the device?

      <p> All the devices are plug and play. You don&rsquo;t have to go through any installation process.</p>

    • How do I get tech or service support for my device?

      <p> Our Business Devices Essentials portfolio will be supported by our reputed partner Jumbo Electronics.   • 1. Device Instalment Offer 

    1.1. existing du enterprise customers will be eligible to purchase a business device from du (from the list of available handsets) with 0 upfront payment and further monthly payments as specified by du for the relevant device. 

    2. Fixed Term

    2.1. The Fixed Term for the Device Instalment Offer is either 12 months or 24 months from the date the customer signs the application form and receives the Device Instalment Offer. 

    3. Charges 

    3.1. Customers will be charged a fixed monthly fee per month for the Fixed Term, in addition to the applicable monthly charges payable in respect to the applicable Postpaid Plan.

    3.2. At the end of the Fixed Term, customers can continue to enjoy the benefits available under the postpaid plan they subscriber for. 

    4. Non-payment and Early Termination Fees 

    4.1. If a customer withdraws the direct debit instructions, or fails to make full payments on time, then: 4.1.1. du reserves the right to suspend the services; and 
    4.1.2. recover unpaid charges by debiting the nominated credit card or taking other debt recovery actions.
    4.2. If a customer terminates the Device Instalment Offer prior to the expiry of the Fixed Term, then an early termination fee will apply as follows: 
    4.2.1. fixed monthly fee x remaining number of months of the Fixed Term. 

    5. Transfer of ownership 

    5.1. Transfer of ownership of the Device Instalment Offer is not possible. 


    6. Warranty

    Manufacturer warranty: du is not the manufacturer of the device and is not liable if the device does not work or is faulty. Standard manufacturer warranties apply. The Customer should contact the device warranty supplier if there is any issue with the device


    7. Documentation 

    Customers must comply with du’s identification, eligibility and authorization requirements. If you do not provide all the required documents, du will not be able to provision the Service:
