In case you use data on our pay per use model, please note that the usage will be capped at AED 1000. This has been done to help manage your cost effectively and to avoid any bill shock on data usage. After the cap of AED 1000, you can either choose a data bundle or opt in to continue on pay per use from another AED 1000.

5. How can I subscribe to these bundles?

All one-off monthly bundles can be subscribed to via http://mydata.du.ae

All recurring monthly bundles (12-months contract) can be subscribed to/unsubscribed from only through Account Managers and Partner Managers. You may also subscribe via http://mydata.du.ae

Please note: If you are not the person responsible for payment, and you have an active international roaming service, you can activate bundles.

6. Can I buy additional bundles once I’ve fully used my bundle?

Yes, you can buy any of the above data bundles. You can also choose any Easy Roaming data. Please note: if you have a recurring email/email + social bundle 12-month contract, you won’t be allowed to buy another 12 month contract bundle.

Note: You cannot have two of the same bundles together.

The existing Easy Roaming business terms only allows a one-off bundle purchase if the recurring bundles are fully consumed. However, in the case of email or email + social bundles, these can be purchased before the recurring bundle is fully consumed.

9. Are the charges for bundle pro rata?

The one-off bundles charges are not pro rata.

For all recurring bundles, the data units and charges are pro rata.

10. Can I use my web browser or stream data when I subscribe to the Business Roaming Email bundle/Social bundle?

No. All traffic from your web browser or other applications are blocked when you subscribe to Business Roaming Email bundle/Social bundle.

All http or https or www traffic are blocked.

11. Can I type in www.gmail.com or www.hotmail.com from my browser to check my email?

No, all http or https or www traffic are blocked.

12. Which email protocols are supported for email usage?

Email protocols like SMTP, IMAP and POP3 traffic are supported for email traffic.

13. I’m an existing BlackBerry ® international data subscriber; can I subscribe to the above offer?

Yes you may. Please refer Q6 for the order of data consumption.

14. Will I be notified about my bundle usage?

Yes, for all Home & Roaming bundles, you’ll receive an SMS when you reach data use of 70%, 85% and 100% irrespective of where the bundle is consumed, within UAE or while roaming.
