What is Hosted Voice?
Hosted Voice gives you the functions and services of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) facilities without having to invest in expensive equipment or maintenance charges. Basically you can enjoy voicemail, call transfers, caller ID etc. all while saving on capital.

How does Hosted Voice work?
You get one main ‘pilot’ number with many extensions. Each extension is assigned a number and becomes a dedicated line to make/receive calls allowing for all calls to get through as soon as a line becomes available (a.k.a multi-line hunting).

How much does the service cost, and is there a minimum term?
Hosted Voice comes with a 12-month contract for AED 95/month, plus a one-time charge of AED 50.
Note: the contract is auto-renewed yearly. -
What happens if I cancel my subscription before the contract expires?
You’re free to cancel this service whenever you like as there is no early termination charge.

- Power of attorney or authorisation form if applying on behalf of the owner named on the Trade License.
- A bill from your current operator to verify your name and details (optional).

Your Business ISDN 2 comes with one direct number by default, and you can add up to seven more, for a maximum of eight numbers.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee sequential numbers.

Will I get a device to manage my ISDN 2 line?
We’ll give you a device to help manage your ISDN 2 line as well as all the devices connected to it.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide PBX services with Business ISDN 2 and can’t help you manage one.

How many numbers can I have with ISDN 30 line?
ISDN 30 comes with 30 separate channels and 100 numbers by default. You can add more numbers in sets of 100 for a maximum of 1,000 numbers, but the number of channels remains at 30.

Can I get sequential numbers?
Your default 100 numbers will be sequential. For example, you could get a set of 100 numbers from 04 345 6700 to 04 345 6799.
Note: Each additional set of 100 numbers will also be sequential, but not necessarily in sequence with the your default set or each other. -
Will I get a PBX to manage my ISDN 30 line?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide PBX services with Business ISDN 30 and can’t help you manage one.
