  1. What is Hosted Voice?

    Hosted Voice gives you the functions and services of Private Branch Exchange (PBX) facilities without having to invest in expensive equipment or maintenance charges. Basically you can enjoy voicemail, call transfers, caller ID etc. all while saving on capital.

  2. How does Hosted Voice work?

    You get one main ‘pilot’ number with many extensions. Each extension is assigned a number and becomes a dedicated line to make/receive calls allowing for all calls to get through as soon as a line becomes available (a.k.a multi-line hunting).

  3. How much does the service cost, and is there a minimum term?

    Hosted Voice comes with a 12-month contract for AED 95/month, plus a one-time charge of AED 50.
    Note: the contract is auto-renewed yearly.

  4. What happens if I cancel my subscription before the contract expires?

    You’re free to cancel this service whenever you like as there is no early termination charge.

  5. What other services can I get with Hosted Voice?
    You can choose to add any of the free or chargeable Value Added Services (VAS) that we offer.

    • A copy of your Trade License and Establishment card.
    • Proof of ownership or tenancy contract of your location.
    • A copy of your sponsors or authorised signatory’s passport and visa page.
    • Power of attorney or authorisation form if applying on behalf of the owner named on the Trade License.
    • A bill from your current operator to verify your name and details (optional).
  10. How will I know when my service is active?

    We’ll send you a confirmation SMS once it’s active.

  11. How long will the service take to activate?

    Up to five working days.

  12. I’m an existing customer, can I add more lines?

    Yes, you can, you’ll just have to fill out another application form. Email us, contact your Account Manager or visit any of our stores and we’ll guide you.

  13. I’m moving, what is the relocation process?

    We can help you with both inzone and outzone relocations. Just note that if you’re moving to an outzone area, we’ll have to disconnect your current ISDN 2 line and activate a new one at your new location.

  14. Can I change my number?

    Contact your Account Manager or visit any of our stores with a letter of authorisation from you company (with a company stamp) to change your number.

  15. How do I pay for Business ISDN 30?

    • Bank payments – through ATM machines or online banking if your bank is one of our partner banks.

    We’ll give you a device to help manage your ISDN 2 line as well as all the devices connected to it.

  9. Will I get a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) to manage my ISDN 2 line?

    Unfortunately, we don’t provide PBX services with Business ISDN 2 and can’t help you manage one.

  10. Can I get multiple ISDN 2 lines for my office?

    You can take as many Business ISDN 2 lines as you’d like. Each will come with its own activation and monthly charges.

  11. Can I use Business ISDN 2 to make video calls?

    As long as you have a device that supports video, and the person you’re trying to call has a compatible handset and service, you can use ISDN 2 to make video calls.

    ISDN 30 comes with 30 separate channels and 100 numbers by default. You can add more numbers in sets of 100 for a maximum of 1,000 numbers, but the number of channels remains at 30.

  7. Can I get sequential numbers?

    Your default 100 numbers will be sequential. For example, you could get a set of 100 numbers from 04 345 6700 to 04 345 6799.

    Note: Each additional set of 100 numbers will also be sequential, but not necessarily in sequence with the your default set or each other.

  8. Will I get a PBX to manage my ISDN 30 line?

    Unfortunately, we don’t provide PBX services with Business ISDN 30 and can’t help you manage one.

  9. Can I get multiple ISDN 30 lines for my office?
