What is the Anghami offer?We are offering a complimentary subscription to Anghami Plus for 12 months with select plans.
Eligible plans include:
- Customers who subscribe to our Home Wireless Entertainment and Home Wireless Gaming.
- Customers who subscribe to our Home Basic, Home Advanced and Home Ultimate.

How can I subscribe to the offer?Activation Process:
- Step 1: Launch the du App and click on the three dots to open the menu.
- Step 2: Select ‘My Favorites’.
- Step 3: Select Anghami Plus to get your voucher.
- Step 4: To activate the offer, please visit anghami.com/redeem and enter the voucher promo code into your web browser. Follow the steps on the Anghami website to register and activate your voucher code.
- Step 5: After completing the activation, download the Anghami App from the App Store or the Google Play Store and log in using your email address to begin enjoying the offer.
- Step 6: Once your 12 months are up, your offer will end and won't be automatically renewed. To continue enjoying Anghami Plus, you can directly renew your subscription with Anghami for AED 19.99/month.

How will I know when my subscription is active?
Your subscription will be active once you complete the previous steps. Launch the Anghami application on your device, enter your credentials (username/password) and then enjoy.

What happens to my offer if I change my mobile carrier or plan?
If you change your carrier or switch to a plan that does not include the offer, your subscription will automatically get cancelled.

When can I start enjoying my complimentary 12-month subscription?
You can start using the service as soon as your eligible plan is active, and you have activated your subscription.

Can I use my account outside of the UAE?The subscription is only available to use in the UAE.

If I am an existing du customer, can I upgrade to a plan that has this offer?This offer is only for new customers.

Will I get notified when my 12-month complimentary subscription is over?Yes, you will be notified once your 12-month subscription ends.

What happens after the complimentary 12-month offer period?Once your promotional offer ends, you can continue with your subscription by paying the monthly or annual subscription price at the time. If not, your subscription will automatically end.

What if a customer downgrades to an ineligible mobile rate plan after availing of the offer?If you downgrade to an ineligible plan, your subscription will be cancelled.
