Use your minutes for national UAE landlines, mobiles and 100 international destinations (except
premium rate numbers).

What does non-stop chat mean?

This provides you with non-stop access to chat apps: WhatsApp, Viber, Line and WeChat. The non-stop chat daily allowance is 150MB at full speed then at the reduced speed of 64kbps as per our fair usage policy.

How do I renew my bundle?

• Bundles are automatically renewed every 30 days.
• Make sure you have enough More Time or More Credit balance.
• If you don’t  have enough More Time or More Credit, make a recharge within 10 days.
• If a recharge isn’t made within 10 days, the bundle will be deactivated which you can activate again.

What happens when my bundle expires?

Any unused benefits will be lost after the bundle expires.

Are there any charges for changing bundles?

No charges apply for changing bundles. If you move to another bundle, you'll get the new bundle’s benefits immediately. The benefits from the old bundle can still be used until they expire.

What if I run out of data?
