     This is a time-based data service which allows prepaid customers to enjoy unlimited data for a small charge of 5 fils/min at speeds of 3 Mbps.
  2. How is Play On Demand Data Service different from other data bundles?
     This service charges you based on the duration/time spent using data, while our existing data bundles charge you as per the amount of data used.
  3. How much does data cost with Play On Demand Data Service?
     With this service you’ll be charged per minute, not per byte. The rates are as below:
     First 15 minutes (minimum chargeable duration) – 5 fils/min (15 minutes x 5 fils/min = 75 fils) From the 16th minute
     onwards – 5 fils/min for a maximum duration of 4 hours in one continuous session.
     Once the 4 hours are over, you’ll need to restart another session to continue using Play On Demand Data Service.
     Note: The 75 fils minimum charge will be deducted as soon as you start using the service.
  4. Who is eligible for Play On Demand Data Service?
     This is available to all new and existing prepaid customers, except VML and Tourist Plan subscribers.
  5. How can I activate/deactivate my Play On Demand Data Service?
     Simply dial *800# and select from the options provided.
  6. From which of my wallets will the charges be deducted?
     The charges will be deducted from your More Time and Out Of Credit wallets only.
  7. What will happen if I run out of balance while using this service?
     If you’re within the four-hour period, you session will stop temporarily until your balance is recharged. If you’ve exceeded the four-hour period, you’ll have to reactive the service.

     You can enjoy unlimited data at speeds of 3 Mbps – ideal for using social media, web browsing, video streaming and more.
  2. What will be the priority of consumption if i have other data balances available?
     Once the Play On Demand Data Service is active, it will have the highest priority over any other bundle, except for Internet Data Pass bundles..
  3. Is this service valid outside of the country?
     No, Play On Demand Data Service can only be used within the UAE.
  4. What happens if I lose connectivity during the first 15 minutes of activation, given that I am instantly charged for full minimum chargeable duration?
     If you’re within the four-hour period, you’ll pick up from the remainder of those 15 minutes once you regain connectivity.
  5. How many times can I activate the Play On Demand Data Service within a 24-hour period?
     You can activate this service up to 5 times within 24 hours.
  6. What will happen to my data usage if I deactivate my session?
     Once deactivated, your existing active data bundles will take effect. If you don’t have any, out-of-bundle data usage will be charged at a rate of AED 1/MB.
  7. Can I activate Play On Demand Data Service with Start Stop Data Service?
     No, as both of these are time-based services, you can only enjoy them one at a time.
