Which plans are eligible for the Fazaa offer?
All Power Plans with a 12-month contract are eligible for our Fazaa offer except the basic plans like Power Plan 300 and Power Plan 500.
Can I combine another offer with the Fazaa offer?
No, you can only use our Fazaa offer if you’re not subscribed to any other offer.
For example: You cannot avail our Fazaa and Esaad offers at the same time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade with the Fazaa offer?
You can upgrade or downgrade but you will be charged with one month of termination fees.
What is the validity of the Fazaa offer?
12 months.
Where can I activate the Fazaa offer?
You may only activate the offer through our franchise and retail channels.
What documents do I need to present to use the Fazaa offer?
To avail our Fazaa offer, you will need to present a valid National ID and a valid Fazaa card. Once the validity of the offer ends, you will be required to present an updated Fazaa card to continue enjoying the offer.
