  1. What is the offer for Esaad cardholders?
     As an Esaad cardholder, you can get a 40% discount on your Monthly Recurring Charges. This doesn’t apply to your out-of-bundle usage or any other usages on selected Postpaid plans for 12 months. The following conditions apply:

     • You’re eligible for the offer whether you’re a new or an existing customer and if you’re switching from Prepaid to Postpaid.
     • You can avail of the offer on a maximum of 5 Postpaid lines for expats and a maximum of 8 Postpaid lines for UAE Nationals
     • Eligible rate plans are Power Plan 300 Data, Power Plan 500 Data or Power Plan Unlimited National Data 1000.
     • The Postpaid plan should be with a 12 months contract.
     • Your Esaad card name and du account name must be identical.
     • You won’t be able to share this offer with friends and family.
  2. How long is the Esaad offer valid for?
     • Once the offer is activated, you’ll get a 40% discount on your plan’s monthly charges for 12 months.
     • The offer will expire automatically after 12 months.
     • You have to re-submit your eligible Esaad card to resume the discount, in case the offer is still available.
  3. How many Postpaid lines/SIMs can I get the Esaad discount on?

     You can get a discount of 40% on the plan’s monthly charges on a maximum of 5 Postpaid lines for expats and a maximum of 8 Postpaid lines for UAE Nationals (Power Plan 300 Data, Power Plan 500 Data or Power Plan Unlimited National Data 1000) that are registered under your name.

  1. How can I activate the Esaad card offer on my line?
     If you’re an existing customer:
     

     • Visit one of our stores, provide us with your mobile number and a valid original Esaad card.
     • We’ll activate the offer (maximum of 5 Postpaid lines for expats and a maximum of 8 Postpaid lines for UAE Nationals - Power Plan 300 Data, Power Plan 500 Data or Power Plan Unlimited National Data 1000) after validating your documents and you’ll start enjoying the discount from your next bill onwards.

     
     If you’re a new customer:
     

     • Visit one of our stores, or select your favourite plan on this page, and subscribe to a Power Plan 300 Data, Power Plan 500 Data or Power Plan Unlimited National Data 1000 on a 12-month contract and provide your valid, original, or digital Esaad card.
     • We’ll activate the offer after we validate your documents and you’ll start enjoying the discount from your next bill onwards.

     
     The 40% is applied to the total monthly charge of the plan regardless of the line’s status (even if it was suspended or barred).
  2. Can I get the Esaad discount if I already have a Disability or Elderly discount?
     • The Esaad offer cannot co-exist with any of these discounts.
     • You can either enjoy the discount of the Esaad card or the Disability/Elderly discount.
  3. Can my family and friends use my Esaad card to get a discount?
     • No, Only Esaad cardholder will be eligible for the offer.
     • The name on your Esaad card must match the name on your Emirates ID.
  4. I’ve submitted my Esaad card. When will I get the discount on my line?

     You’ll get the 40% discount on your Postpaid plan’s monthly charges starting from your first bill onwards for 12 consecutive months. Please note that if Esaad card validation fails, you will continue enjoying your plan without an Esaad discount.
