  1. What’s the promotional rate?
     When calling the countries included in the promotion, the following rates will apply:
     38 fils/min (Inclusive of 5% VAT) + AED 1.05/call (Inclusive of 5% VAT) (set-up fee)
     Example: a 7 minute call to India would cost AED 2.64 (Inclusive of 5% VAT) + AED 1.05 (Inclusive of 5% VAT) setup fee = AED 3.69 (Inclusive of 5% VAT).
     Both the set-up fee and the call charge will be deducted from your More Time balance.
  2. Who can take advantage of this promotion?
     Anyone with a du prepaid line.
  3. Can I call these countries and get the promotional rate at any time, day or night?
     Yes.
  4. How do I opt in to Call Home For Less? Is there an opt in fee?
     Dial *135*30# to opt in, and press 1. It’s free to opt in.

  6. Can I use the credit available in any of my wallets to call the destinations included in this promotion?
     No, you can only use the credit in your More Time wallet. If you don’t have enough More Time credit (minimuim is AED1.36 + 5% VAT) you won’t be able to call the specified destinations. You can choose to:
     Recharge your More Time balance.
     Opt out from the promotion and use credit available in your other wallets to call your destination.

  1. What happens if the credit in my More Time wallet is consumed during a call to one of the destinations included in the promotion?
     If your More Time balance is consumed during a call to one of the countries included in the promotion, then your call will end. You’ll receive an SMS reminding you to either recharge your More Time balance or opt out of the promotion to be able to call the specified destinations. If you opt out, regular rates will apply when calling these destinations. If you recharge your More Time balance, the promotional rates will apply.
  2. What happens if I have less than AED 1.36 + 5% VAT in my More Time wallet or less, will I be able to make a call to one of the destinations included in the promotion?
     If your More Time balance is less than AED 1.36 + 5% VAT, when you attempt to make a call to one of the selected countries your call will not be connected. An SMS will be sent reminding you to either recharge your More Time balance to continue benefiting from the promotional rates, or opt out and use credit available in other wallets. If you opt out, regular rates will apply.
  3. How will the call set-up fee be shown in my Call Home For Less statement?
     It will be added to the first second/minute charges.
