Will my data bundles renew automatically?

• If you have activated one of the recurrent data bundles, your bundle will be renewed automatically every 30 days.
• If you have activated a one-off data bundle, your bundle will not be renewed automatically.

What happens if I don’t finish my data bundle allowance within the validity?

Any leftover data will be lost once the validity is expired.

What will happen if I run out of data bundle allowance before the data bundle expiry date?

Bundles are protected with Data Credit Protection, thus when you run out of data allowance before the bundle expiry date, you will not be able to browse the internet.

After bundle expiry date, a standard rate of AED 1.05/MB (Inclusive of 5% VAT) will apply on your data usage if your data bundle is one-off, or if your recurrent data bundle failed to renew.
