Get credit when you really need it. Choose the ‘One Off’ service or simply make an Out of Credit call.

How does it work?

Out of Credit: You can borrow credit anytime as long as you’ve had your line for at least 3 months, and you’ve used a minimum of AED 10 a month. Simply dial *108# whenever you’re out of credit and you’ll be credited with AED 5.

 

Zero Credit Call: The service is availed by default when your credit is below 0.5 fils and you initiate a local or international call. You will hear an announcement about the service. Simply hold the line and the call will be connected after the beep. If you don’t want to proceed with the call you can simply hang up the phone.

What are the options to borrow credit?

Details	Borrow credit manually when needed.	When you do not have sufficient credit to make a call, you are allowed to make one call (capped at 3 minutes) to any local or international number. The service is only applicable to make one local or international call.
How to borrow	Dial *108# and press 2 or SMS ‘5’ to 1080. Or Dial 1 when you try to make a call and hear the low balance prompt. Or you can simply Borrow from the du app.	Simply hold the line and the call will be connected after the beep.
Fees	AED 5 will be credited to your account that will be deducted from your next recharge with a fee of AED 1. (+ 5% VAT).	The price of the service is AED 1.50 (+5% VAT) per call and the same will be deducted from your next recharge. The charges are independent of the call duration capped at 3 minutes. No charges will be deducted if the customer on the other side does not answer the call.

Important notes:
Repayment: As soon as you recharge your More Time balance, we’ll deduct the amount.
Charge: A fee of AED 1 (+ 5% VAT) will be deducted for every AED 5 borrowed.

     If you’re a Prepaid customer, you can get mobile credit in advance when you run out of credit and pay back later. Your eligibility will be based on your usage - the more you use your line the more you’re eligible.
