eSIM quick installation

Installing an eSIM is incredibly easy and convenient. Before you start please make sure, you have

  1. A stable internet connection.
  2. You have the device you wish to download your eSIM on.

Important: eSIMs can only be installed once.

  1. Check your email for your QR code (subject line - Your du eSIM is ready.)
  2. In the iOS section - tap on ‘Install now’

IMPORTANT: eSIMs can only be installed once! DO NOT delete your eSIM from your device if you wish to keep or top up your eSIM in the future.

  1. Check your email for your QR code (subject line - Your du eSIM is ready.)
  2. Long tap the QR code for the haptic feedback.
  3. Select from the option tray “Add eSIM”
  4. Select "Use QR code"
  5. Scan your QR code (or upload the screenshot)
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

IMPORTANT: eSIMs can only be installed once! DO NOT delete your eSIM from your device if you wish to keep or top up your eSIM in the future.

  4. Select Add Cellular Plan > Tap Add eSIM.

  4. Select 'SIM manager' then 'Add eSIM' or 'Add mobile plan'
  5. Select 'Scan carrier QR code' and scan your QR code (or upload the screenshot)
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the installation
