How to check my remaining balance?
You can check your remaining balance by sending SMS “Bal” to 1355
How do I renew my bundle?
- Bundles are automatically renewed every 30 days.
- Make sure you have enough More Time balance.
- If you don’t have enough More Time , make a recharge within 10 days.
- If a recharge isn’t made within 10 days, your bundle will be deactivated until you activate it again.
What happens when my bundle expires?
Any unused benefits will be lost after your bundle expires.
Are there any charges for changing bundles?
No charges apply for changing bundles. To move to another bundle you have to consume either your voice or data allowance. When you move to another bundle you'll get the new bundle’s benefits immediately. The benefits from the old bundle can still be used until they expire.
What if I run out of data?
You can dial *135# and check for options to buy an additional bundle.
