During the Dubai Shopping Festival, du organized various activities for its customers and visitors to prominent shopping and leisure destinations across Dubai. These included the Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and ‘The Walk’ at Jumeirah Beach Residences. du entertained visitors to ‘The Walk’ in Dubai with magicians, stilt walkers, human statues and giant chessboards. Customers also got an opportunity to know more about du double your talk time offer, MyFamily offer, inbound roaming schemes and du Visitor Mobile Line.

This year, du created a novel concept called ‘du park’, designed to provide moments of relaxation to mall visitors and around ‘The Walk’. It has a seating area and signage guiding visitors to du shops. du parks are divided into zones with spaces designed for drawing and colouring, touch screen MyFamily interaction and a free photo-opportunity with family members.
