Eco-friendly e-bill offers an easy new way for home and postpaid customers to receive their du bills

Dubai, 29 December 2009: In a move to provide customers with increased flexibility and convenience, and in-line with its commitment to environmentally-responsible corporate practices, du has introduced ‘e-bill,’ a paperless e-billing service that allows customers to view their du bills online and make payments online without waiting for traditional mail. e-bill is being offered to individual customers with du home and postpaid (Elite and monthly plan) accounts and will be soon available to business customers as well.

As many UAE customers are now completing the majority of their financial and business transactions online, e-bill is destined to be a useful addition to our customer service offerings.”

There are no costs or fees associated with e-bill and customers are invited to sign up anytime simply by logging into their self care account and clicking on ‘billing and payment.’ Customers can choose to receive a bill only by email or a paper bill or opt for both, and they can change their selection at any time on their self care home page. Once selected online, the e-bill service will be immediately activated and customers notified via email when their next bill is available.
