Ismail Mohammed received the Sixth Middle East future leaders Excellence Award under the category of "Service Sector Leadership Excellence Award"

Middle East Excellence Awards Institute honoured Ismail Mohammed, Senior Vice President - Customer Operations at du with the Sixth Middle East future leaders Excellence Award under the category of "Service Sector Leadership Excellence Award". The awards ceremony is held annually in recognition of achievements and activities for promoting young leaders of the future. The award was delivered at an awards ceremony held by the Institute on October 26, 2016 at Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai.

Commenting on receiving the award, Ismail Muhammad said: “We are immensely proud to receive this award, which is testament to our commitment to excellence. I dedicate this Award to my colleagues and our executive leadership who have always supported me in efforts towards service excellence. Receiving this award during the Middle East Future Leaders Excellence Awards is an absolute honour for me and a great recognition for our business. We aim to invest a lot more in customer excellence initiatives in the UAE.”

A special jury, including a group of experts and specialists in the institute, nominated Mohammed to win the award this year, based on a number of standards to select and honor the institutions and people who played a pivotal role in strengthening the leadership principles of excellence in all economic and social fields. The Institute aims through these awards to harness the strategic concepts of leadership and career empowerment.
