What are the Executive Plans?
Executive Plans are attractive postpaid plans which give our business customers an optimum blend of telecom and travel benefits. For a unified price, the plan offers huge benefits including bundled free National, International & Incoming Roaming minutes, and an option to choose between BlackBerry service and National Data plus a special exclusive number. Above all, the customers can choose a smart phone from an available list of handsets and get this absolutely free – up to a certain limit. There are 2 rate plans to choose from:
- Executive Plan: Gives free minutes up to 3,500 plus Priority Pass and a free device up to AED 2,749.
- Executive Plan Plus: Gives free minutes up to 5,500 plus AirMiles and a free device up to AED 2,749.
Will I be charged for the SIM card Activation Fee?
No, Activation Fee for the SIM card is waived for Executive Plans.
What is the validity of the included free units?
Included free National, International & Incoming Roaming minutes have a validity of one bill cycle and cannot be carried forward to the next cycle. Also, the included Incoming Roaming minutes benefit only cover the charge of the Roaming Call Forward (RCF) and any additional charges that may apply by the other operator (IOT) are not covered.
Do I need to activate the Roaming service?
No, the roaming service will be activated by default for all our new customers subscribing to Executive Plans. If you are an existing customer migrating to this plan, we will activate the International Roaming service for you without taking any roaming deposit.
What documents do I need to subscribe to the Executive Plans?
You need to provide the standard documentation to avail to Executive Plans: • Application Form signed by the Authorised Signatory. • Copy of the Current Trade License. • Copy of the Sponsor’s/Authorised Signatory’s Passport along with the Visa page. • Power of attorney/Letter of Authorisation (if the applicant is different from the owner defined on the Trade License).
How can I apply for Executive Plans?
You can visit any of our shops or our partners and request activation of Executive Plans. Kindly fill the Service Order form for ‘The Executive Plans’ and submit all the necessary documentation. We will handover ‘The Executive Plan Discount Coupon’ to you. This has a unique serial number and helps you redeem a free handset up to a value of AED 2,749. Please be informed that for Executive Plans, we will follow our standard credit verification process. Under this process, we will advise you to come back to collect the SIM and the handset after 2 days, once we get the approval from the credit control team. Next, we will provide you with Executive Plans SIM pack which contains standard items, rate plan user guide and a Priority Pass information card. You can also request for Executive Plans activation through your Account Manager. Please note that in case the credit verification fails, we will NOT be able to activate Executive Plans for you.
How can I get more information on Executive Plans?
You can get more information on Executive Plans by calling Customer Care at 188 or contacting your Account Manager.
Can I migrate from my existing du postpaid plan to Executive Plans?
Yes, you can migrate from your current postpaid plan to Executive Plans without paying any migration fees. However, existing contract’s terms and conditions apply. For example: if you are under the 12 months contract for a Handset Instalment offer, foreclosure fee will apply.
I am an existing prepaid business customer, can I migrate to Executive Plans? And what happens to my balance of the prepaid account.
Yes, you are allowed to migrate to this plan. Only your ‘more time’ balance will be credited and adjusted to your postpaid account against your usage/monthly bill.
Do I lose my current du mobile number while migrating to Executive Plans?
No, you do not need to give up your existing du mobile number and the same number can be used for Executive Plans. Though, please note that you get a special exclusive number with Executive Plans.
What is the minimum commitment on Executive Plans?
Executive Plans come with a 12 month contract.
What is the penalty in case of early termination of Executive Plans?
Since Executive Plans comes with a 12 month contract, early termination will result in penalty charges for the handset & the rate plan. The foreclosure fee for the handset will be charged at the rate of AED 200*remaining months. And for the rate plan change/deactivation, you would be charged two months fee i.e. AED 2000**. No foreclosure fee applies for the special exclusive number under Executive Plans. However, in case you activated Executive Plans on your existing Gold/Silver/Bronze number, Number Privilege Plan rules apply.
How much do I pay if I migrate from Executive Plans to a postpaid/prepaid plan?
If you are within the 12 months contract of Executive Plans, early termination charges apply. Also, if you are migrating to a prepaid plan, a migration fee of AED 100 becomes applicable.
Do I get a handset with Executive Plans?
Yes, you can get a free handset (up to a value of AED 2,749) with this plan. You can choose from a range of handsets. If the chosen handset value is above AED 2,749, then you will have to make an upfront payment for the price difference. For example: If the handset you choose costs AED 3,199 then you will have to make an upfront payment of the difference i.e. AED 3199 – AED 2749 = AED 450.
I am already on a Handset Instalment offer from du; can I get a free handset when I migrate to this plan?
If you are already on the 12 months contract for a Handset Instalment Offer, you will have to terminate the existing contract first & also pay the applicable foreclosure fee.
What options do I have at the end of the 12 months contract period?
You have several options once your 12 months contract ends: Option 1: You can renew the contract for another 12 months with Executive Plans and along with enjoying the same benefits including your exclusive number; you will get a free handset. Option 2: You can continue with Executive Plans without renewing the contract and still enjoy the same benefits including your exclusive number. In this case, no new free handset will be provided. Option 3: You can migrate to any other rate plan and continue to enjoy your exclusive number without paying any penalty.
How can I know how many free units I have consumed?
You can check your free units balance on Self Care, by sending a text with ‘Minutes’ to 1233 or by calling Customer Care at 188.
Can I subscribe to Power Bill service?
Yes, you can subscribe to Power Bill as an additional optional service.

What are the additional travel benefits I get with The Executive Plan?
As an Executive Plan customer, you will get: Free Membership to Priority Pass which gives access to more than 600 airport lounges over 300 cities across 100 countries. The Executive Plan customers are allowed 2 free visits and any additional visits are charged at a nominal fee of $27.
How can I get the complimentary Priority Pass which comes with The Executive Plan?
You can follow below simple steps to get your Priority Pass:

Step 2: Register with The Executive Plan mobile number in order to access to link. Please complete all the information.
If all the information is correct, the Welcome Kit will be dispatched by first class within 7 working days. If you get an error message when you input your mobile number, please check that the mobile number that you are entering is the one activated with The Executive Plan. If yes, then please try again later after a couple of days.
What will the Priority Pass ‘Welcome Kit’ contain?
The Welcome Kit of the Priority Pass will contain a Welcome Letter, your Priority Pass card and a Lounge Directory.
I am trying to access the Priority Pass portal but it gives me an error message saying “The mobile number is currently not recognised. Please try again after a couple of days”. What do I do?
Please make sure that you try to register at the online portal after 10 days of activation of your line.
Also, please check that the mobile number that you are entering is the one activated with The Executive Plan. If still the issue persists, then please register at the online portal after a few days for our systems to reflect the information.

What will be included in Welcome pack that will sent by Air Miles?
Welcome pack will have the following: • Marketing material of Air Miles. • Marketing Material of The Executive Plan Plus. • Personalised Card – with customer name and Air Mile number.
How will I get the air Miles?
You will get the Welcome Bonus of 30,000 Air Miles which will be credited automatically to your Air Miles account on activations within 30 days of activation of the line. \ First 1000 subscriber of the executive plan plus will get 30,000 Air miles, after that the welcome bonus will be 20,000 Air miles points. In addition to that you will also get Air Miles every month based on your monthly spend. For every dirham spent, you will get 2 Air Miles points.
If I already have an Air Miles card, can I get the Miles on my existing card?
Yes, if you already have Air Miles Membership, you can start getting the Air Miles on that card. You have to update that Card number by calling Air Miles help line and request them to update their system in order to get the Air Miles on existing membership card.
I am an existing Air miles member what can I do with a new card?
As part of ‘The Executive Plan Plus’, you will get the new Air Miles card. You still have a choice as to if you want to use this new card or not. You will need to inform the agent which card should be used for Air Miles, in case you are already carrying membership card from some other source. This will help youaccumulate Air Miles to enjoy benefits across different products. One of du’s sales agent will need to update the air miles number in the system.
What can I do with Air Miles Points?

What is Air Mile expiry?
If not used, Air Miles will expire after 3 years of earning the Air Miles. The shelf life of each Air Miles is 36 months.
In what order will Air Miles be consumed as there is an expiry?
All those points earned first will also consumed first. Remaining Air Miles will remain in your account till the expiry period.
How long will my account remain active if there’s no activity on my Air Miles accounts?
Please note, your Air Miles account will remain active for a maximum of 15 Months if there isn’t any activity. Air Miles account will be deactivated if you don’t have any earning/redemption activity within 15 months of activation. All the Air Miles will expire immediately after the deactivation of your account.
What happens if I call du regarding some issue with Air Miles earning/usage/query etc?
