Where to find Land DM No./Municipal No for Home service orders?
When placing an order for Home services through our online shop on du.ae, you will be requested to add a number for your Villa which helps us identify the services available in your Villa location.
You will find the identification number either on your Ejari contract or Title Deed.

Ejari contract: If your Municipality number is less than 7 digits, please replace the hyphen (-) with the digit 0. e.g. 123-456 to 1230456
Title Deed: If your Land DM number is less than 7 digits, please replace the hyphen (-) with the digit 0. e.g. 123-456 to 1230456
