Prepaid FAQs

  • Is this offer for all prepaid customers?

    Yes, any prepaid customer can get this offer, except for customers with Tourist Plans and Visitor Mobile Lines.

  • I recently activated my prepaid line. Can I get this offer?

    Yes, you can. Unless you’re on a Visitor Mobile Line or Tourist Plan, any prepaid customer can get this offer.

  • How many times can I subscribe to this offer?

    You can get this offer up to three times during the offer period. In total, you can get a maximum of 30 GB. Every time you get this offer, it will be AED 100 for 10 GB with a 30-day validity.

  • How will I know I received the offer?

    You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once you subscribe to the offer. To check your data balance, dial *102#.

  • Can I transfer the data to another mobile line through One2One service?

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to transfer this data to another mobile line.

  • Can I use the data while I’m out of the country?

    No, the data bundle can only be used within the UAE.

  • Is the data bundle renewed automatically after 30 days?

    No, this is a one-off bundle, but you can get up to 3 bundles during the offer period. Each data bundle is valid for 30 days.

  • Can I get this offer if I recharge with More Data?

    Unfortunately, you can only get this offer with your More Time or More Credit balance.

  • What if I don’t have enough credit balance? Will I still get 10 GB after I recharge?

    You can only get this offer if you have enough More Time or More Credit balance of AED 100.

  • What happens if I don’t finish the data within 30 days?

    Any leftover data will be lost after the validity period.

Postpaid FAQs

  • Is this offer for all postpaid customers?

    Yes, all postpaid customers can get this offer. Simply subscribe to the data bundles mentioned above.

  • How long will this offer run?

    The offer is running from 16 February until 17 March.

  • I’m already subscribed to a data bundle. Can I still get this offer?

    Yes, you can still get any of the data bundles mentioned above during the offer period. You’ll receive the promotional data in your next billing cycle.

  • How will I know that I received the Anniversary Offer?

    You'll receive a confirmation SMS once we’ve activated the offer for you. To check your data balance, visit mydata.du.ae, log in to the du app or SMS ‘Rewards’ to 1233.

  • Can I get more than one data bundle during the offer period?

    The data bundle rules will still apply. You can upgrade your data bundle, but downgrading or activating the same bundle will be scheduled for the next billing cycle.

  • Will the data be renewed automatically?

    Yes, all data bundles are auto-renewed. If the renewal date is after the offer period, you'll receive the regular data allowance.

  • I am a business customer, what should I do?

    Please contact your account responsible to activate the offer.
