  • You’ll get an email for account activation. Click on the link to activate.
  • Log in to your Karti account.

How to buy

  • Log in to your Karti account
  • Go to ‘Buy a Card’.
  • Select the desired brand.
  • Select a denomination. You will see the price next to each denomination, as well.
  • Fill in your du mobile number and confirm the purchase.
  • An SMS with a PIN will be sent to you. Use that PIN to finalise your purchase.
  • Your digital card/code will appear in ‘My Cards’.

  • I can’t use the card I bought from Karti. What do I do?

    Contact Karti through the Contact Us form on Karti’s website. They will be able to check if the card was already used. If the card was used before the purchase date, Karti will replace it with a new card within 48 hours.
