The Offer is available to any new or existing customer. Existing customers will be granted a discount when purchasing the 2nd and/ or 3rd rate plan on Mobile Internet plan (Plan) (please refer to FAQ for further information on relevant discounts). For new and existing customers on the Mobile Internet Plan, the monthly renewal fee for Monthly Plan Data SIM will be waived & when activating the 3rd rate plan Multi SIM fees will also be waived.
The Offer will be available with two categories of device (1st category is with a 12 months minimum term, 2nd is with a 24 months minimum term). Please refer to the FAQs for details of available devices along with its relevant installment plan.
Voice services are not available under the Offer.
To benefit from the Offer, Customers must sign up to a Plan for a minimum of 12 months, depending on the Plan chosen (Minimum Term).
Upgrade is allowed during the contract tenure, but within the Offer of same type (Plan without device can only upgrade to Plan without device, Plan with device from a certain category can only upgrade to Plan with a device from the same category). Customer will get the benefits of the higher plan for the remaining months of contract period. (for example, if the Customer subscribes to a 12 months 3 GB Mobile Internet plan and upgrades to the higher Plan on Mobile Internet after 3 months of the Minimum Term remaining, 9 months of the Minimum Term will remain under the new Plan once upgrade activated).
Downgrades & Early Termination Fees
Downgrade of Mobile Internet Plan is not allowed from any channel during contract
tenure. After contract tenure the Downgrade will be allowed. Customer shall be entitled to terminate the Mobile Internet offer prior to the expiry of the contract tenure period upon payment of an early termination fee - Please refer to the frequently asked
questions relating to the relevant Plan on the du Website (FAQs) for details of the early termination fee applicable to the Mobile Internet Plan.
If a Customer’s access to services under a Plan is suspended, the Customer will continue to be charged the relevant monthly fees under the terms associated with the relevant Plan and these Terms and Conditions during the suspension period.
The purchase of the Offer is subject to du’s General Terms and Conditions, Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile Services and terms associated with the relevant Plan (copies of which can be found on the du Website). Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and those other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail).
