Billing FAQs

  • 1. How do I pay my bill?

    There are several ways to pay you bill.  Below are your options:
    •    My Account – The easiest and most convenient way to pay your bill.   
    Simply access MyAccount and pay using your credit card. You can also register for Auto-Payment, so you’ll never have to remember to pay your bills again.
           You’ll also be able to view and download your bills for the last 6 months.

    •    Quick Pay
    In a hurry? Simply go to QuickPay and:
    1.    Enter your mobile, account or fixed line number
    2.    Enter the amount for which you wish to make the payment or select to pay full amount (for account number only)
    3.    Enter the E-mail and / or mobile number on which you wish to receive the payment confirmation
    4.    Enter your credit card details and submit

    •    Phone
    – For mobile bills, call 135 from your mobile and then choose option 1 to enter your credit card details
    -    For home services bills, call 04 390 5555 from any phone and choose option 2,  then option 1 to enter your credit card details

    •    Your bank – Pay your bills through your bank's ATM machines or online banking if it is on our partner banks list.
    •    Quickpay machines – You can use any of our 300+ Quickpay machines in the UAE to deposit cash for quick bill payment. Find your nearest location here.

    •    Partner outlets - You can also pay your bills at our partner outlets including exchange stores and retailers that have our 'Pay your bill here' sign.
     

  • 2.Can I get my bill emailed to me?

    Yes. Simply register for eBill on MyAccount and you’ll have your bill emailed to you every month.

    You’ll also be able to view and download your bills for the last 6 months.

  • 3. I don’t understand a section of my bill

    Access our Understanding your bill page, where you’ll can view our interactive bill as well as watch short video on the various sections of your bill.

  • 4.I want to get clarification about a charge on my bill
