How will I be charged for ICP?
Prepaid:
For Extra and Easy Social Plan customers, charges will be deducted from either your limited or unlimited balance. For PAYG, Business Prepaid Hybrid or Auto-Top Up Plans, charges will be deducted from your More Time balance.
Postpaid:
Charges will be added to your monthly bill. If you deactivate in the middle of your cycle, your charges will be prorated. Multi SIM customers will only be charged on one line, but can use ICP from any of their lines.
Home:
Charges will be added to your monthly bill. If you deactivate in the middle of your cycle, your charges will be prorated. Any device connected to your home internet will be able to use ICP.

How long is ICP valid for and how much does the pack cost?
Monthly ICP is valid for 30 days, and costs AED 52.5 for mobile users and AED 105 for fixed (i.e. Home) services. Monthly ICP packs auto-renew until cancelled. Daily ICP is valid for 1 day, and costs AED 5.25. This pack does not auto-renew.

Will Business customers also have unrestricted access to ICP?
All Business Postpaid customers can subscribe to this service. If you’re in an MPR or IPR price group, you can activate ICP by SMS. For all other corporate customers, you’ll need to contact your Account Manager or administrator to activate the service.

Can I get ICP with my mobile and fixed services at the same time?
Yes, you can. We’ll simply charge you separately for each.

If I subscribe to ICP on a fixed line, will all my connected devices have access to the supported apps?
Yes, they will.

Can I use ICP while roaming?
Yes, you can, as long as you’re on one of our roaming packs. Your data charges will be as per standard roaming rates or whichever roaming pack you are subscribed to.

For home services, what technology will support ICP services?
All our home access technology will support our ICP service.

How can I activate free ICP for People of Determination?
ICP service will be activated automatically for Free for People of Determination, after the successful validation of their documents.

I’ve subscribed to ICP on my mobile, why are calls to/from the BOTIM desktop app not working?
To use BOTIM on your desktop you need to make sure your computer is connected to your handset’s personal hotspot.

I’ve subscribed to ICP for Home, can I use the BOTIM desktop?
Yes, you can use the BOTIM desktop app to make unlimited calls as long as your device is connected to your home internet.
