How to become our customer

Becoming our customer is easy. Visit one of our shops or authorised dealers across the UAE.

Depending on which service you wish to subscribe to, you will need to provide a few documents and then our sales advisors will take care of the rest.

Mobile

When you join us you get our Super SIM for free, which lets you store up to 1000 contacts.

If anyone tries to contact you on your old number within 30 days after you join us, we’ll send them an SMS to let them know your new number.

We know how valuable and important all your contacts are. We’ll copy all your contacts to your new du SIM card and then send an SMS to all your contacts in the UAE and abroad with your new number, and even back up of all your contacts.

Depending on which plan you want to subscribe to, you’ll need to provide a few documents and our sales advisors will take care of the rest.

Elite Plan
If you’re a UAE national, please bring along one of the following:

  • A copy of your National ID.
  • A copy of your Passport.

If you’re an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring along your Passport with valid Residency VISA (visa not valid for GCC nationals), or your National ID

And one of the following:

  • A valid credit card issued by a UAE institution.
  • Last month's utility bill with physical address.
  • Tenancy/ownership contract.
  • Salary certificate/Letter from employer showing a salary of at least AED 2,500.   

To subscribe to our Elite Super 750 Plan, both UAE nationals and expatriates should provide a valid Platinum credit card issued by a UAE institution or equivalent, or any credit card with an auto-payment feature, a salary certificate of at least AED 15,000, or a security deposit of AED 4,500. Please note:

  • You must be 21 years old or above to subscribe to our Elite Plans.
  • To upgrade your Monthly Plan, Elite Plan or Elite Super 100 Plan to our Elite Super 250 Plan or Elite Super 500 Plan, simply call 135 and choose option 7.
  • To upgrade to our Elite Super 750 Plan, please visit any of our shops across the UAE with a valid Platinum credit card 1 issued by a UAE institution.

Pay as you Go
If you’re a UAE national, please bring along one of the following:

  • Your National ID.
  • A copy of your Passport.
  • Your UAE driving licence.
  • Your Government ID Card.

If you’re an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring along your UAE National ID as well as one of the following:

  • Passport copy with a valid visa (including on arrival visas).
  • UAE driving license.
  • GCC National ID.
  • Government ID Card.

To subscribe to Pay as you Go you must be 18 years old or over. Original documents need to be produced at the time of buying a connection for verification purpose.
A representative can collect the connection on behalf of the account holder as long as he/she produces original documents of the account holder along with copies of the documents.

Home Services

If you are a UAE national, please bring along:

  • your passport or national ID (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • tenancy contract or proof of property ownership

If you are an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring along the below additional documents::

  • your passport including residency visa page or visit visa (Visa is not required for GCC nationals)
  • tenancy contract or proof of property ownership

You must be aged 21 years or over to join home services.Original documents need to be produced at the time of buying a connection for verification purpose.
