Payments and recharge/top up 

Choose the payment channel that suits you best!

In addition to du shops, you have a wide variety of ways to recharge your prepaid line or pay your bills.

WoW Recharge Card - WoW provides our Pay As You Go® customers with four options to recharge. You have the freedom to choose between 'More Credit', 'More Time',  'More International' or 'More Data'. Click here for more details.

Easy Pay - Recharge your mobile data line by simply entering your WOW recharge card. Click here to recharge.

Online payments/Top up - Register your credit card details (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club) with Self Care to pay your bills, top up your Pay As You Go® line, pay and recharge for your friends and family online. Click here for instructions.

Payment through IVR - if you have Elite Plan or Monthly Plan, simply call 135 from your mobile and choose option 1 to pay your phone bill using your credit-card. If you use our Home services, call 04 390 5555 from any number and choose option 2 and then option 1, to pay your Home Services bill using your credit card anywhere.

Autopayments - Register your GCC credit card at any of our shops or on Self Care and your bills will be charged automatically to your card.

Bank channels - Pay your bills through your bank. See the list of banks

Other payment outlets - You can also pay your bills at any of our partner outlets.**
