Visitor Mobile Line

The Visitor Mobile Line is valid for 90 days from the date of the first call.

After 90 days, you will have 275 days grace period to renew your subscription.

During the first 30 days of the grace period, you can receive calls and SMS but you cannot make calls or send SMS. In the remaining 245 days of the grace period, you will not be able to make or receive calls and SMS.

- for all voice calls, SMS, MMS and data services there is no activation fee

- To use video calls you need a video call capable device and be within 3G network coverage

All outgoing international voice calls you make from the UAE are charged by the second.

Me&Mine International call charges are only applicable when you register your two preferred international numbers with us. You can do this by calling Self-care on 135.

Call 135 from your du Visitor Mobile Line or go to any du shop to migrate to Pay as you Go. To migrate to Monthly Plan, you need to go to any du shop.

WAP portal:

Browsing du WAP is free of charge. Browsing other WAP sites will be charged at the standard data charges. You are only charged for the content you download. The price will be displayed each time on your mobile before purchase.

Standard content: AED 0.50 per delivered content

Premium content: AED 4.00 per delivered content

Premium content category includes: logos, ringtones and chat to TV
