The Pay as you Go SIM card is valid for 365 days from the date of the first call you make.

After 365 days you will have a grace period of 90 days to renew your subscription.

During the first 30 days of the grace period you can receive calls, but you will not be able to make any calls. The remaining 60 days of the grace period you will not be able to make or receive calls.

- For all voice calls, SMS, MMS and data services there is no activation fee

- To use video calls you need a video call capable device and be within 3G network coverage.

All outgoing international voice calls you make from the UAE are charged by the second. The table presents the most called international destinations only, for all details on international call charges please call Customer Care on 155.

Me&Mine International call charges are only applicable when you register your two preferred international numbers with us. You can do this by calling Self-care on 135

Peak: 7am - 2pm, 4pm - 9pm Saturday to Thursday

All du customers can register for Mobile Payments free of charge. Any SMS sent to pay bills or recharge using Mobile Payments are free of charge.

WAP portal:

Browsing du WAP is free of charge. Browsing other WAP sites will be charged at the standard data charges. You are only charged for the content you download. The price will be displayed each time on your mobile before purchase.

Standard content: AED 0.50 per delivered content

Premium content: AED 4.00 per delivered content

Premium content category includes: logos, ringtones and chat to TV

Charges:

A quick look at all 3 options available on every WoW recharge card:

1) more international: This new recharge option gives you an extra credit in addition to the face value of the recharge.

2) more credit: This recharge option gives you an extra credit in addition to the face value of the recharge card but credit expires within specified period.

3) more time: This option is the regular recharge option, where the credit you get is equal to the face value of the recharge card and is valid for life.
