- Once you have selected the “more credit”, “more time” or the
“more international” option for a particular recharge voucher, it
is not possible to change the selection.
- If you recharge your Pay as You Go line with more than one
“more credit” recharge before all existing “more credit” has been
used or expired, then the longest unexpired portion of a validity
period of any still valid “more credit” will apply to all existing
“more credit” on your plan.
- If you recharge your Pay as You Go line with more than one
“more international” recharge before all existing “more
international” has been used or expired, then the longest unexpired
portion of validity period of any still valid “more international”
will apply to all existing “more credit” on your plan.
- “more international” credit can only be used for international
voice and video calls made from the du network in the UAE and the
balance cannot be used while roaming (international or national).
For all other types of calls you will need to have “more time” or
“more credit” balance on your line.
- Airtime credit recharged to your plan is used in the following
order: “more international”, “more credit”, “Double Talk Time”, any
promotional balances, “Freetime promotion”, “more time”.
