5. What happens if I recharge with ‘More International’ More than once? In this case the Max Rule applies. With the Max Rule if there are 2 or More validity periods, the longer validity period becomes the validity period for all of the Credit.
For example - If you recharge with AED 50 with the ‘More International’ option and before the end of the validity period recharge with AED 20, the remaining Credit is upgraded to the new validity period (validity of the AED 20).
6. What happens if I recharge with the ‘More International’ option but didn’t use the Credit within the specified period? You will lose the entire “More International” balance if it is not used within the validity period unless another “More International” recharge is done before the validity period is over.
7. How will the balances be used when I am making International calls? The balances will be used in the following order: 1. More International 2. More Credit 3. Double Talk Time 4. Promotional balance 5. Free Time balance (if applicable) 6. More Time Balance
8. How will the balances beused when I am making national calls/SMS/MMS, etc OR when I do not have ‘More International’ balance? The balances will be used in the following order: 1. More Credit 2. Double Talk Time 3. Promotional balance 4. Free Time balance (if applicable) 5. More Time Balance
9. I have exhausted my ‘More Credit’ and ‘More Time’ balance but have Credit balance under ‘More International’ will I be able to make calls local calls/SMS? You will need to recharge with ‘More Credit’ or ‘More Time’ option to start making locals calls. ‘More International’ Credit can only be used for International voice and video calls.
10. What is ‘MoreCredit’? ‘More Credit’: choose this option to get free extra Credit in addition to the face value of the recharge card denomination. The entire Credit is to be used within the specified validity period.
11. How do I recharge using the “More Credit” option? Dial *136* followed by the card no and then #
12. What is ‘More Time”? ‘More Time’: This option is the normal recharge option, where the Credit you get equals the face value of the recharge card denomination and is valid for life.
13. How do I recharge using the “More Time” option? Dial *135* followed by the card no and then # You will be Credited with the face value of your recharge card and your Credit validity is unlimited as long as long as you renew your du line and remain as an active customer.
14. If I recharge with ‘More Time’ can I change this to ‘More Credit’ after the recharge has been entered? You cannot change the option in the middle of a re-charge. Of course on the next recharge you can still choose between the 2 recharge options.
15. If I do More than one ‘More Credit’ recharge, how is my validity impacted? Here’s an example of how it works: You recharge with a AED 50 recharge valid for 15 days and after 7 days, you again recharge with a AED 20 recharge valid for 10 days. In this case, the greater of the two ‘validity periods’ at the Time of recharge is the 10 days associated with the AED20 Credit, and so your prior validity
of 8 remaining days (associated with your AED50 recharge) is upgraded to the validity period attached to your new AED20 recharge. Put simply, no matter if your new recharge is a greater or lesser value, than any current ‘validity associated with a remaining ‘More Credit’ balance, du always ensures you get Credit for the greater of the 2 validity periods across ANY remaining ‘More Credit’ balance.
