shops or authorised dealers across the UAE.
Depending on which service you wish to join, you will need to
provide a few documents and then our sales advisors will take care
of the rest.
Elite Plan | Pay As You Go® Classic | Home Services
If you are a UAE national, please bring along:
- a copy of your national ID or
- passport copy
- UAE driving license
If you are an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring
along:
- passport copy including residency visa page and
- a letter from your employer showing a salary of AED 2500 or
more per month with employer stamp
Remember to join Elite Plan you must be age 21 and
over
If you are a UAE national, please bring along:
- your national ID (applies to UAE nationals only) or
- passport copy or
- UAE driving licence
If you are an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring
along:
- passport copy with a valid visa (includes on arrival visas)
or
- UAE driving license or
- GCC national ID
- UAE work permit
To subscribe to Pay As You Go® you must be 18 years of age or
over. Original documents need to be produced at the time of buying
a connection for verification purpose.
A representative can collect the connection on behalf of the
account holder as long as he/ she produces original documents of
the account holder along with copies of the documents.
If you are a UAE national, please bring along:
- your passport or national ID (Khulasat Al Qaid)
- tenancy contract or proof of property ownership
If you are an expat (including GCC nationals), please bring
along the below additional documents::
- your passport including residency visa page or visit visa (Visa
is not required for GCC nationals)
- tenancy contract or proof of property ownership
You must be aged 21 years or over to join home services.Original
documents need to be produced at the time of buying a connection
for verification purpose.
