Elite and Elite Super Plan customers

For UAE Nationals, activate International Roaming FREE of charge prior to travelling. Simply contact Customer Care on 155 and we’ll clarify any doubts you may regarding activation and deactivation for your International Roaming, along with providing you with useful information on the country to which you’re travelling.

For Non UAE Nationals, activate your International Roaming by making a refundable deposit of AED 2000 at any of our shops. Please note that refunds will be given in way of cheque at the time of deactivation of your International Roaming and payment of any outstanding bills.

Pay As You Go® and Visitor Mobile Line customers

As part of your plan, International Roaming has already been activated on your line. Before you travel, please check with regards to the latest International Roaming information and the country you’re visiting at www.du.ae/roaming

Additional tips:

  • Verify that your changer has the correct power voltage (110v or 220v)
  • Remember to take a spare adaptor plug
  • Verify the country your visiting supports GSM 1900 network by simply calling Customer Care

Voicemail
Check your voicemail by simply calling +971 55 567 8161 while abroad, please note that your default voicemail PIN is 0000 or you may have changed this when previously activating voicemail.
