Pay renewal fees of AED 55 and get it back AED 55 as free credit. Simply call 135 and choose option 5 and follow the instructions to renew your line.
You will get AED 55 over 5 months. You will receive AED 11 every month for 5 months. You will receive the first free credit of AED 11 immediately after renewing your line. The free credit will be valid for 1 month from the time you receive it.
Offer is only available for Pay As You Go® customers.
The fee will be deducted from all available balances except “More international”. Balances will be used in the following order:
You will receive an SMS informing you that the line has been renewed. Also, if you are able to make outgoing calls it means that your line is renewed.
You will receive an SMS informing you. You can also check your account balance by pressing *135# from your du phone. It will show under promotional balance.
If you have already opted-in to the lifetime offer, you do not need to renew your line annually. All you need to do is spend a minimum of AED 10 in a year to keep your line active on the lifetime offer.
You can only renew your Pay As You Go only line once in a calendar year.
The new expiry date of your Pay as you Go line will be 365 days from the old expiry date.
