To activate your BlackBerry service you can:

- visit Selfcare.
- To upgrade your Monthly or Elite Plan to Elite Super Plan 100, 250 or 500 please call 135 and choose option 7.
- To upgrade to Elite 750 or Emirati Plan, please visit any of our shops or authorised dealers.
These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions for Enterprise and BlackBerry® Service Terms and Conditions previously agreed by the Customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms, the du BlackBerry® Service terms and conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Enterprise, these terms shall prevail.
BlackBerry® Offer on Elite Super Plans
- The BlackBerry® Offer is a new Unlimited national offer available for consumers of both Elite Super Plans & Emirati Plans.
- The BlackBerry® Offer is a limited time offer.
- The BlackBerry® Offer will be available to all new and existing Elite Super and Emirati plans customers.
- Once subscribed, price for the BlackBerry® Offer will be reduced for a period of 6 months and customer will then pay the full price thereafter.
- Once deactivated, customers will not be able to enjoy the BlackBerry® Offer again.
- The BlackBerry® Offer available only once in a lifetime of each customer.
- If a customer migrates from Elite Super plan or Emirati plan to Elite regular plan or Pay as you Go, he will lose the benefits of the BlackBerry® Offer.
- The BlackBerry® Offer is not available on existing Unlimited International BlackBerry® offer.
Charges
- The BlackBerry® Offer confers up to 10GB data at the following rates:
- AED 130 per month for Elite Plan and Pay as you Go customers; and
- AED 55 per month for Elite Super & Emirati plan customers for the first 6 months and AED 130 thereafter.
- Allocated data for BlackBerry® package for post-paid Customers is 10,024 Megabytes (10GB) per month. Customers will be charged for exceeding the said data as per du standard pay per use rates, as available on the website, www.du.ae. Customers will be notified via SMS upon reaching 90% and 100% of allocated data size.
- Customers who subscribe or unsubscribe during a billing cycle will be charged only for the period of service activation during that bill cycle and will only receive part of the data bundle subject to pro-rated charges.
Migration from other du BlackBerry® offers/ services
- Customers can migrate from any existing BlackBerry® service to the current BlackBerry® Offer and vice versa and will be disconnected from existing BlackBerry® service and shall get the new service activated. Upon activation of new BlackBerry® Offer, benefits/offers related to any previous BlackBerry® service will be replaced with the new BlackBerry® Offer as available. For example, all existing BlackBerry® Customers having the benefit of 6 months BlackBerry® Offer at AED 55 will lose any remaining free usage while moving to BlackBerry® Social.
- Migration to BlackBerry® Offer is permitted upon settlement of existing BlackBerry® service contract with du.
- All business BlackBerry® postpaid or prepaid Customers not having any existing contract will be able to migrate to BlackBerry® Offer via SMS or du selfcare.
Part of du Monthly Minimum Commitment Plans
- Customers who have Smartphone Privilege Plan or Number Privilege Plan with du, the new BlackBerry® Offer will be part of their monthly minimum commitment.
