Your Pay As You Go® SIM is valid for 365 days.

We suggest you do the following to avoid permanent deactivation of your SIM:

  • Make the first chargeable call within 15 days from the time of activation.
  • Submit the required documents within 90 days.
  • Use your SIM regularly and ensure chargeable activity at least once every 12 months.
  • Get a replacement of your lost SIM and reactivate your line within 90 days.
  • If your line has lifetime validity, make a chargeable activity worth at least AED 10 once a year.

    1. How long are my bonuses valid for and how can I use them?

    You get 100MB of More Data credit, valid for a period of one month, and a welcome bonus of AED 10 More Time credit for calls or connecting to the internet, valid while your line is active.

    2. Will I still enjoy lifetime validity on my Pay As You Go line?

    To activate the lifetime offer, call 135 and choose option 5. You’ll be charged a one-off subscription fee of AED 20 (or use AED 500 a year). To keep your lifetime validity, you need to use a minimum spend of AED 10 per year.

    3. I bought a new line yesterday, and have not yet started using it or made any calls. What benefits can I expect?

    Once you make your first call, you’ll start enjoying the benefits of the new Pay As You Go line, including the AED 10 welcome credit and 100MB data credit.

    4. I started using my line yesterday and now I see you have a new offer. Will I get the same benefits?

    If you made your first call prior to the launch of the new Pay As You Go line, then unfortunately you won’t be eligible for the benefits of this offer.

    5. I’ve purchased the new Pay As You Go line, can I subscribe to Double Talk Time for AED 25?

    No, the Double Talk Time offer is not available with the new PaYG line.

    6. I’m an existing Pay As You Go customer enjoying the Double Talk Time (DTT) offer. I’ve heard you have stopped this offer with the new PaYG line. Will I lose my current DDT benefits?

    You’ll continue to enjoy your DDT benefits until your balance runs out. However, you will not be able to renew the DDT offer on your line.

    7. Can I transfer my initial credit to my family or friends?

    Your initial credit is for you to enjoy the benefits of being connected immediately. Unfortunately, this credit cannot be shared with family or friends.
