Mechanics of the 1GB free Data offer on Elite Plans:
If your bill amount or monthly usage is equal to or higher than the minimum monthly commitment amount, you only pay your total usage charges. The monthly fee for Elite Regular Plan (AED 25), Elite Super Plans (AED 100/250/500/750) and for Emirati Plan (AED 100/250/500) will be counted against the minimum monthly usage of AED 250.

Elite Super Plan and Emirati Plan customers will automatically enjoy the 1 GB free Data every month for 1 year. On top of the monthly 1GB Elite Plan customers will get 55 national minutes, 55 national SMS, 5 MB every month for a fee of AED 25. Elite Super 100/250/500/750 customer will get 100/250/750 international minutes, 100/250/750 national minutes, 100/250/750 SMS (50/125/375 international, 50/125/375 national) and 100/250/500/750 MB every month for a fee of AED Pl100/250/750. Emirati Plan will get 400/1000/2000 national minutes, 200/500/1000 national SMS, 500MB/1GB/2GB Data Bundle, IDD rate of AED 1.45 per min.

Mechanics of the 1GB free Data offer on Pay as you Go Plan:
If you are a new or Existing Pay as you Go customer buying a Nokia Lumia 920 or 820 you will get a 1GB Data upon activation of Data Bundle.
1GB free Data per month, if you use a minimum of AED 250 for the previous month for the remaining 11 months.

6. How can I get my Nokia Lumia 1 GB offer with du?
For Existing du mobile customers:
You have to visit any of our du shops or any authorized dealers to buy the Nokia Lumia. You will get the Bundle activated on your existing line.

For New mobile customers:
You have to visit any of our du shops or any authorized dealer to buy your du mobile line along with the Nokia Lumia.
If you will get any of our Elite Plans or if you are a Pay as you Go Customer migrating to Elite you will need to provide the following documents:
- UAE Nationals: Valid Passport OR UAE National ID
- Expats: Valid Passport with residency visa or UAE National ID
- GCC Nationals: Valid Passport (no visa required for GCC nationals)or UAE National ID or GCC National ID
AND:
i.Last month utility bill (electricity, water or fixed line) with physical address OR UAE National ID
AND
ii. Current tenancy/ownership document with physical address OR
iii.Salary certificate of AED 2,500++ OR
iv. Pay slip stamped and valid (last 30 days)

7. Apart from the Data allowance that I enjoy under my Nokia Lumia 1 GB offer, can I also subscribe to one of the standalone Data Bundles?
Yes, you can also subscribe to an additional post paid recurring Data Bundle and in this case, your total Data allowance will be the sum of your device contract Data units PLUS standalone Data Bundle units (plus the rate plan Data units, if applicable).

8. Is it mandatory to use the phone and the SIM together?
Yes, the phone and the SIM should be used together to enjoy the benefits of the offer.

9. What is the monthly fee for Bundle?
You should only commit to a minimum monthly usage of AED 250.

10. Is this a limited promotion?

11. Is it possible to get Nokia Lumia without activating the offer?
Yes, this is possible. You can avail these Nokia Lumia handsets without activating this offer. However you need to be a du mobile customer to buy handsets from du shops. Additional Terms and Conditions for Smartphone Offer (“Smartphone Offer”)

These additional terms apply to the Elite, Emirati and Pay As You Go (PAYG) Plan (Mobile Plans) customers
(Customers). In the event of any inconsistency between the General Terms, the Mobile specific terms and the
Smartphone Offer terms, these terms shall prevail.
1. Smartphone Offer
1.1. Customers who subscribe to one of the Mobile Plans are eligible to apply for this offer. Customers can purchase a mobile
phone handset from du from the list of available handsets. BlackBerry handsets are excluded from this offer.
2. Fixed Term
2.1. The Fixed Term for the Smartphone Offer is 12 (twelve) months from the date the Customer signs the application form
and receives the Smartphone Offer.
3. Charges
3.1. Monthly minimum usage charges would apply for Customers who take up the Smartphone Offer and Customers
can avail 1 GB data per month at no cost, in addition to the data package available under their existing Mobile Plan.

3.2. At the end of the Fixed Term, Customers can continue to enjoy the benefits available under the subscribed Mobile Plan
and can continue to receive subscribed data package as per the retail price.
3.3. No early termination fee applies if a customer opts out from the Smartphone Offer during the Fixed Term.
4. Transfer of ownership
4.1. Transfer of ownership of the Smartphone Offer is not possible.
