1. Where do I find Mobile Games offered from du on my mobile phone?
You need to log on to du MyWorld WAP site from your mobile bookmarks or type in myworld.du.ae via your mobile browser (WAP / Services Browser). Click on the Games Club link once the portal is open. You can then select from a range of mobile games. Remember to bookmark myworld.du.ae for easy access. You can also access the games section directly by sending the keyword “GC” to 9786. This is a free SMS.

- Your mobile is configured with Mobile Internet (WAP/GPRS) settings. You can get settings delivered to your phone by sending a blank SMS to 3330.
- You are using a compatible mobile for mobile games or apps. You may check your mobile compatibility by referring to your mobile manual.
- You have enough credit, especially if you are using a prepaid (Pay as you Go)
- You have enough space for downloading mobile games on your du mobile. We recommend you save the games you download on your memory card – if there is one in your mobile phone.
2. How do I play the games? You can access the games / applications folder on your phone to play the games. The instructions to play the game will be within the game.
3. How much do I pay for playing the game? You will be charged for playing the game depending on whether you have purchased the game or opted for the subscription option. Games are available for a one time purchase for AED 2, 5, 8, 10, 15 depending on the type of the game. There are no charges for playing the game. There is no charge for you to download the game once you have opted for the subscription option.
If you have opted to subscribe to Games Club, then you can download unlimited number of games and play them as long as your subscription is active. Subscription is available as low as AED 2 per day for a recurring daily subscription. Weekly and monthly recurring subscriptions are available at AED 9 and AED 24 respectively.
4. What is Games Club? Games Club offers you the ability to download and play unlimited games as long as you have an active subscription. Once you are subscribed to Games club, you will need an active data connection to be able to validate your subscription status and play the games. There will however be no data charges for playing or downloading the game.
5. What is the difference in the gaming experience between a game purchased and a game downloaded under the subscription option? If you purchase a game, you can download it and start playing immediately. It stays on your phone and you have unlimited access to the game.

Each time you open the game, the game will connect online and validate your subscription. You will have unlimited access to play any of the games as long as your subscription is active.

8. If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last? Your subscription period will be dependent on the period you have opted for – daily, weekly or monthly. At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.
9. If I have opted for the subscription option and I have low balance at the time of renewal, will I lose my subscription? We aim to offer you best value for money. As such at the time of your renewal, if you do not have adequate balance for the type of subscription you have selected, we will aim to move to the lower available subscription cycle at a lower value. Example if you have opted for the monthly subscription at AED 24 as a Pay as you Go customer, you will will be charged at either AED 24 every 30 days or at AED 6 every week or at AED 0.80 every day depending on the balance you currently have. Similarly, if you have opted for the weekly subscription at AED 9; you will be charged at either AED 9 every week or AED 1.30 every day.
You will have a grace period of 30 days within which if you can recharge, your subscription will be restored automatically.
10. How can I unsubscribe from the Games Club? To unsubscribe from the subscription services, you need to go to “My Account” in Games Club and click on unsubscribe. You can even sms UNSUB to 9786. This is a free sms.

12. How can I get the list of all the games? Games Club has a unique offering of unlimited access to over 1000 games. If you know the game category or name or partial name of the game, you can type in the search bar. If not then you can browse through the respective category.
