With Facebook Mobility service you will be able to exchange messages with your friends, add new friends, send wall-notes, picture/video posts, and much much more.

How to activate Facebook Mobility service?

No activation is required. All you have to do is turn your Mobile texts feature on by visiting your profile here .
(Make sure to subscribe to your Friend's Status updates to receive SMS notification on their status updates.)

You can upload photos or video to your Facebook profile from your phone using MMS

  1.  
    1. To find out what your personalized upload email address is, please take the following steps:

      Step 1. Go to your Publisher, located at the top of your Facebook Wall, and click the Photos button next to "Attach"
      Step 2. Select "Upload a Photo"
      Step 3. Click the "upload via email" link.

      A dialog box will appear with your personalized upload email and further information about using this feature. Be sure to save your upload email address as a contact for easy access.

    2. To send a photo/video to Facebook, send MMS to your personalized email address
    3. Pictures and videos are directly posted to your user’s profile under Mobile Uploads Album.

Facebook Mobile SMS Service enables any Mobile Device capable of sending and receiving SMS to exchange messages between Users of the Facebook via the du Network. Messaging capabilities include the two-way Messaging, Wall Posts, Status Updates, Add friends, Pokes that are mentioned in details below Facebook Mobile MMS Service enables any Mobile Device capable of sending MMS to post their picture/ video to their Facebook page under the folder of ‘Mobile Uploads Album’.

No activation is required. The service is available to all du customers as long as you have registered your profile with Facebook.

If there is ambiguity of the <name> in a query, a message will be sent like:

Responding with ‘n’, ‘next’ or ’more’ will display additional search results or message text if present.

Other Notifications
If you do not send an SMS in 45 days, your account will be inactivated and the following reminder message will be sent to you:

You have not used Facebook texts in over 45 days. Notifications will be turned off. To continue receiving Facebook Mobile Texts, reply "ON" within 48 hours.

There are different language options available for the web version, but not the SMS commands. However content of the message can be in your desired language if your handset allows composition of the desired language and the language availability on facebook. If you prefer to communicate in Arabic, make sure you select Arabic on the www.facebook.com
