Which rate plans are included in the offer?

All the premier plans and SME plans are included. Please note Mobile connect or PAYG Plus is not included

What is the meaning of Monthly Fees?

This is charge towards the cost of the handset charged monthly over the installment tenure. Hence, you pay in monthly installments and in return what you get is an Unlimited data bundle. PLEASE NOTE that this is a minimum 12 month plan. After 12 months are over the customer continues to pay the same monthly fees and enjoys same benefits of the plan

Can this offer be extended to any other Enterprise rate plans

No. On the postpaid plans of enterprise only the Super plans and premier plans are included.

Are the benefits of the plan prorated?

No the Benefits and charges are not prorated hence the customer gets charged the full amount of the monthly fees for any months even if he is suspended.

Do i get all benefits of Super Plan or Premier even after subscribing to one of the Windows Smart plans?

Yes all the benefits of the plan stay intact. Therefore the customers who have Premier plans will get all benefits and Super plan will get all the benefits

What kind of usage is included in the free units given per month?

Theoretically all usage on voice, SMS or data are included. However, please note that with an unlimited data package there would be no chance of the extra credit to be used as data.

Are there any penalties applied for terminating service before the contract tenure?

Yes, the penalty charged is equivalent to the Monthly charge of AED 200* the no. of months pending

If existing customer has already subscribed to data bundles, which he is paying monthly fees also, shall these be discontinued?

Since the customer is subscribing to the Unlimited data package under the Windows Mobile smart plans. It is advisable that he disconnects any exiting data package. If the customer does not disconnect he will be charged for the unlimited data package of the Windows Mobile and the existing data package

I have subscribed to BB and BB+ Voice offer from du and i want to apply for this offer as well, is it still possible?

If you take any of these 2 offers you will be entering into 2 handset installment plans (one for BlackBerry and one for Windows Mobile) therefore you will be paying 2 installments as well. Also, if you want to disconnect any one of the installment plans, you will be charged the termination fees as per the contract
Technically it is possible to have both plans activated on one sim card as IMEI mapping is not used.
On the benefits side you will enjoy the benefits of both the plans
PLEASE NOTE that you cannot keep the iPhone plan and the Windows plan in the same time

Can i migrate from Mobile Connect to Premier and take the Windows Mobile offer

Yes, you can migrate to Premier or Business Super plan and get the Windows Mobile offer.

What is the duration of the contract?

12 months is the duration of the contract. Any termination before this period will attract termination charges.

Is there any eligibility check i.e. if the phone and sim are used together for Enterprise customers?

Yes, to enjoy the benefits of the plan. It is mandatory that the phone and the sim are used together.

What is the termination fees?

If you terminate the Windows Mobile handset installment tenure before 12 months, then you the penalty charges will be applied as mentioned above (refer Q11). However if the termination will be after 12 months then there no penalty charges

Can I buy this offer from my Account Manager?

Yes this offer is available with account managers as well

Can I change my handset in the same offer?

If you want to move from one device to the other, you needs to disconnect the existing device and pay the penalty fees
